About Norman Matschek, DMD
Dr.
Norman Matschek is a 1968 graduate of the University
of Oregon, and a 1972 graduate of the University of
Oregon Dental School. After graduation he served two
years in the Army as a Captain in the Dental Corps.
Returning to his native state of Oregon, he was involved
in a large group practice for three years, and established
his private practice in 1978. Dr. Matschek is married
to wife, Cheryl, who is a natural health practitioner,
professional speaker, consultant and author. They reside
in Southwest Portland. When not in the office seeing
patients, you can find Dr. Matschek working in his yard,
fishing, golfing, skiing, traveling, or any number of
other activities. He is actively involved in his church
and community, and serves on the board of NW Medical
Teams.
Dr.
Matschek has received extensive training in cosmetic,
implant and reconstructive dentistry. He attends many
continuing education courses throughout the United States
to further his education in order to remain updated
in the latest techniques and materials in the rapidly
advancing technological world of dentistry, allowing
him to provide state-of-the art dentistry for his patients.
His focus of practice is cosmetic, reconstructive and
family dentistry.
